bike engined mini

Postby gringo » Fri Apr 28, 2006 9:42 pm

just checked out a site called zcars.com where they convert an old school mini into a rear wheel drive with a 1300 turbo hayabusa bike engine in the back!!!! the whole setup incorporates a rollcage, new suspension even an electric reverse gear! does 0-100 in roughly 3 secs...... and revs over 10 000rpm. they sell a diy kit online. i reckon our local tuners should try and make an affordable version of it here. IT'S SICK!!!!

On a similar note, could a smart ever stand a chance against a Ferrari F430, hell yes!

Its also got a hayabusa engine apparently and it fooks off like no other.

And for the BMW fans, another reasons why here is nothing better than a Beemer, enzo my arse

i saw dat conversion in that classic mini magazine in the book shops, its crazy and its the ultimate hybrid power conversion for the mini, but its hard to control couz of the short wheelbase. insane  imagine the power with sum NOS in the mix!
