Shoneez “Graham Bell” is the new kid on the block and she operates the gigantic switchboard with all the flashing lights. Her previous years were spent at the 911 call centre so we know she can handle pressure and whiny people.

She has a better memory than an answering machine and has the number of the White House on speed dial 6. She has the power to put Telkom on hold and has the international dialling code of every country tattooed down her arm.
