RULES AND REGULATIONS

1. Only once a completed application form has been received by Speed and Sound, will you receive a registration number to make payment and secure your booking.

2. No electricity will be supplied.

3. If you require electricity, you will be required to supply your own generator.

4. Not all applications will be automatically approved, and the organiser’s decision is final.

5. Payment will only secure a stand if accompanied by written acceptance from the organisers.

6. Payment must be made in full on or before 25 September, after which a stand number will be confirmed.

7. Banking details will be reflected on the invoice. It is important to send proof of payment, with the correct reference number, to the organisers.

8. Exhibitors will be responsible for setting up their stands and equipment.

9. Four exhibitor tickets will be issued to exhibitors.

10. Additional tickets may be purchased at R50 per ticket.

11. Participation is at your own risk. The organisers, promoters, owners, and any of their representatives shall be indemnified against any loss, accident, injury, or damage that may be incurred by the exhibitor, its personnel, visitors, and guests upon signing this application and/or payment of the required fee.

12. Exhibitor vehicles are only permitted to park in the designated trailer park and not within the exhibition area.

13. Before and during the event, vendors are only permitted to trade from their allocated stand.

14. Exhibitors and their staff must display their armbands at all times.

15. Set-up of exhibitor stands must be completed before 08:00 on the morning of the event.

16. Exhibitor Entry Gate will be open from 05:00 to 08:00 on the morning of the event. Please report to the Exhibitor Gate upon arrival.

17. Late arrivals after 08:00 will not be permitted to drive to their stands.

18. If you arrive after 08:00, the stand, equipment and displays will need to be carried from the trailer park to the stand.

19. Dismantling of stands may only commence from 16:00, and no vehicles will be allowed onto the track for collection before 16:00.

20. Stands may be set up the day before the event between 13:00 and 16:30, subject to prior arrangement with the organiser.
